summer..
so i am officially done with school, and have a 3.2 gpa to prove it. Hit the gym this morning, and so far have eaten an LArabar and a protien shake. Bout to do some cleaning to burn a few more calories and maybe a yoga video.
Having an entire week to do nothing but whatever I want to do will be great for my figure. I need to lose these last 10 pounds so I can feel a little more confident when sturting around in my bikini. :)
I have had a gain.
Which means I am switching tactics. I have decided to start counting calories instead of Weight Watchers.
So today I counted everything I ate! today’s count..
1,131 calories.. which techinally means I have 669 calories left for the day, but I will prolly have a cup a tea before bed and be done.
I am going to try and stay at 1,200 each day. maybe make 1500 on the weekends just to get a little wiggle room I WILL lose this weight.
